考试与招生两个领域是相辅相成且有内在教育规律的学问,需要在学科建设、职称配套、提高专业水平等方面的条件都具备下,通过长期训练有素的专业化队伍予以研究与践行。各地高考改革方案细则的制定是一个将考试招生的国家决策的抽象共性与本区域实际的具体个性相统一结合的过程。这个过程一是不能急于求成,二是不能仅在考试科目设置上做文章。随着改革深入,注重培养与考察学生服务社会能力等综合素质的知行统一将愈发引起重视,并通过合理推进社会实践计划与高考录取硬性挂钩,通过不断提高测评技术、加快教育信息化过程等方面的探索,使综合素质评价系统在高校择优录取时能起到实质性的筛选作用。
The two fields of examinations and admissions are complementary and have the inherent law of education. They need to have the necessary conditions in disciplinary construction, professional titles, professional standards and so on, and should be studied and practiced through long-term well-trained professional teams. The formulation of the details of the college entrance examination reform program is a process of integrating the abstract commonality of state decision-making in examination enrollment with the actual specific individualities in the region. First, this process can not be eager for success, and second, can not only make an issue in the examination subjects set. With the deepening of reform, focusing on cultivating and inspecting students’ ability to serve the society and other aspects, the unity of knowledge and practice will become more and more important. Through the reasonable promotion of social practice plan and the entrance of college entrance examination, we will continue to improve the evaluation techniques and accelerate the process of education informatization In the aspect of exploration, the comprehensive quality evaluation system can play a substantial screening role in the selective admission of colleges and universities.
