福建省宁化县石壁镇距宁化县城18公里,有居民3.45万余人,驾驶员1125人,机动车辆1387辆;省道307线贯穿全境,车流量大,交通安全管理压力大。今年7月,宁化县在该镇启动交通安全社会化管理试点以来,该镇发生道路交通事故6起,比去年同期减少1起;摩托车驾驶员戴头盔率达到85％以上,无牌无证车辆、非客运车辆载客违章明显减少,取得初步成效。他们的主要做法是:
Shibin Town, Ninghua County, Fujian Province, 18 kilometers away from Ninghua County, has more than 34,500 inhabitants, 1125 pilots and 1387 motor vehicles.
