风湿性心脏病的神經系統临床表現虽較少,但有时亦可表現为主要者。参考国内十年来文献资料,仅俞氏等的318例住院患者中有四例发生精神失常,惜未詳細描述。我院五年来共见到三例,茲报告于后。病例報告例一患者女性(院号58—665),25岁,未婚。于1950年曾发生高烧及游走性关节痛,1951年经某院检查有“二尖瓣闭锁不全”,六年前关节痛复发約四个月。自1952年迄今,先后四次发作严重心慌气短,入院前10日因受凉二肩关节疼痛,伴有輕度心慌气短,不能平臥。在该院住院期間按一般风湿病治疗(无应用洋地黄药物的配载),但症状无
