自改革开放以来,经过三十多年的不懈努力,我国企业的综合实力和经营水平都有了长足的发展,通过对外工程承包、对外劳务合作和对外直接投资等方式日益发展壮大。特别是20世纪末中央提出实施“走出去”战略和2001年中国加入世贸组织以后,对外直接投资统计制度逐步完善,中国企业对外直接投资发展迅猛。中国已经逐步从国际资本净流入国转变向国际资本流动平衡以至资本的净流出国转变。
Since the reform and opening up, after thirty years of unremitting efforts, the comprehensive strength and management level of our enterprises have made great strides. Through overseas project contracting, foreign labor service cooperation and foreign direct investment, such enterprises have grown in strength and growth. Especially since the Central Government put forward the “Going Global” strategy in the late 20th century and China’s accession to the WTO in 2001, the statistical system of foreign direct investment has been gradually improved and the outward FDI of Chinese enterprises has been developing rapidly. China has gradually shifted from a net inflow of international capital to a balance of international capital flows and a net outflow of capital.
