近年来,国家加大了基础设施建设的力度,公路建设随之迎来了一个高速的发展时期,在发展的同时,公路建设也面临着严峻的考验。在公路建设过程中,公路养护单位人力资源起到了决定性的作用。本文从对公路建设人力资源的现状入手,分析了公路建设系统中人力资源存在的问题,强调了公路建设系统的重要性,并且提出了解决对策。
In recent years, the state has increased the intensity of infrastructure construction. Highway construction subsequently ushered in a period of rapid development. At the same time of development, road construction also faced a severe test. In the process of highway construction, human resources of highway maintenance units have played a decisive role. This paper starts with the present situation of human resources in highway construction, analyzes the existing problems of human resources in highway construction system, emphasizes the importance of highway construction system and puts forward countermeasures.
