在工程建设期间,对工程合同进行管理与分析是一项非常重要的工作,能够大大提高工程建设管理水平,辅助工程建设更快更好地达到建设目标。尤其是在南水北调如此大的工程建设中,因为施工建设项目大时间紧,所以需要管理与分析的合同内容与项目有很多。因此在进行南水北调中线工程的合同分析时,需要结合以往工作经验以及现有分析手段将分析目标明确,并结合科学有效的分析方法进行分析规划。文章对南水北调中线工程在技术层面的合同进行简要分析,以供参考。
During the construction of the project, the management and analysis of the project contract is a very important task, which can greatly improve the management level of the project construction and assist the construction of the project to achieve the construction goal faster and better. Especially in such a large project of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, there are many contractual contents and projects that need to be managed and analyzed because of the tight construction and construction projects. Therefore, when conducting the contract analysis of the midline project of South-to-North Water Diversion, it is necessary to combine the previous work experience with the existing analysis tools to clarify the objectives of the analysis and conduct analysis and planning in combination with scientific and effective analytical methods. The paper makes a brief analysis on the technical aspects of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project for reference.
