我院于一九五七年开始研制治疗癔病(歇斯底里)新药镁溴咖注射液,一九六四年正式用于临床。二十几年来治疗近万名患者,轻症给药约7天,重症给药20天左右,有效率达95%.现介绍如下: 一、处方注射用硫酸镁100g注射用澳化钠100g注射用苯甲酸钠咖啡因5g注射用水加至1000ml二、制备取硫酸镁、溴化钠溶于2／3的注射用水中,再取苯甲酸钠咖啡因于适量注射用水中煮沸.充分溶解后两液合并,加水至全量。
