一、与语如兰齐白石的女弟子陈纫兰,善画墨兰。他有《题门人陈纫兰女士墨兰画稿》一诗:“绛纱青案忆窗昏,烧烛为余印爪痕。随意一挥空粉本,回风乱拂没云根。罢观舞剑忙提笔,耻共簪花笑倚门。压倒三千门弟子,启余怜汝有私恩。”从中可看出齐白石对她画兰的激赏。齐白石也喜欢画墨兰,但与他人画法不同:兰叶比较粗而健挺,兰花比较大而厚实。他自称画的是建兰的一种。
