The “Digital Language Insertion Technology Research” undertaken by Li Bingbing and other teachers in the Information Engineering Department of our university recently passed the technical appraisal organized by EPRI. The research project focuses on voice detectors, variable rate coding, and dynamic bit allocation in key technologies for voice insertion technology.
