眼部瘢痕性天疱疮是极少见眼病,国内文献仅见有2例报告,现将我科收治1例报导如下: 李××女15岁云南江川人农民住院号:823239 主诉:双眼红、痒已3年余,患者7岁时患病(痧子)后,双眼即经常出现红、痒痛,偶有流泪、畏光。以慢性结膜炎经当地及其他医院诊治,长期不愈,近日来日益严重。1982年11月30日收住我科。既往无眼病、眼伤史,无全身慢性病与传染病史,月经14岁初潮,目下经期仍不稳定。全家6人均建在,无类似眼病。全身检查:未见异常改变。眼部检查:视力:右0.4,左0.4~(-1),近视力:右0.9,左1.0。双下睑缘稍充血,未见倒睫。双上睑结膜血管模糊、充血、有融台滤胞及网状瘢痕,两侧上睑膜结各有～3×2 mm溃疡面。双下睑结膜充血较重,右内1/2、左外2/3各有…9×7mm、11×7 mm表浅溃疡,其余部位的下睑结膜则为睑球粘连形成的纵形索条所占据。左下泪小点在瘢痕中隐约可见。结膜有大量的膜状粘稠分泌物,右侧
