报告了安徽省繁昌县近40年的血吸虫病防治活动的回顾性调查结果。结果表明:居民感染率由防治初期1957年的15.07％下降到1994年的1.92％。对下降的原因进行了分析,提出,做好疾病监测与纵向观察点工作,以利及时准确地掌握疫情动态。
A retrospective survey of schistosomiasis control activities in Fanchang County, Anhui Province, for nearly 40 years, was reported. The results showed that the infection rate of residents dropped from 15.07% in 1957 to 1.92% in 1994. The reasons for the decline were analyzed and put forward to do a good job in disease surveillance and longitudinal observation points to facilitate timely and accurate grasp of the epidemic dynamics.
