建筑工程造价预算作为建筑工程价值估测的主要货币体现,是项目投资建设的主要依据,对提高项目经济效益,提高预算人员的工作效率起着非常重要的作用。由于建筑工程生产周期长、涉及面广、不可预见因素较多,导致工程造价预算管理难度增加。针对工程造价预算中的主要难点与问题,提出改进措施与思路,以期为实际工作提供一定的参考。
As the main currency reflecting the value of construction project, the construction cost estimate is the main basis for project investment and construction. It plays an important role in improving project economic benefits and improving the work efficiency of budget personnel. Due to the long production cycle of construction projects, involving a wide range of unforeseen factors, resulting in the project cost budget management more difficult. Aiming at the main difficulties and problems in the project cost budget, the paper puts forward the improvement measures and ideas in order to provide some reference for the practical work.
