太原重机厂是我国第一个自行设计、自行施工的现代化重型机器厂。由于我们缺乏经驗,所以无论在設計、施工或是在使用方面,都难免存在一些缺点。最近我们对全厂工程进行了一次较全面的检查,现將有关设计方面的问题,归纳叙述于后,供有关设计同志参考。 1.囘填土厂房地坪往往需要回填土。回填土的好坏对生产有直接的影响,因为有些机床的基础就是做在回填土上,或者是直接做在地坪上。另外,有些重件也是堆放在地坪上。在这次检查中,我们发现有的地坪下沉达10公分左右。当然,造成下沉的原因很多,但是我們認为,回填土做得不好是一个重要原因。設計規定

Backfill earthwork floors often require backfill. The quality of the backfill has a direct impact on production, because the basis of some machine tools is to do it on the backfill or directly on the floor. In addition, some heavy items are stacked on the floor. In this inspection, we found that some of the floor sinks to about 10 cm.
