通过单颗粒金刚石磨削和砂轮磨削抛光实验,观察玻化砖磨削表面的微观形貌,分析磨削加工表面形成机理及影响因素。瓷质玻化砖磨削表面是由莫来石、玻璃相和残留石英的塑性变形和脆性断裂形成的;玻化砖的晶相组成和加工工艺影响加工表面光泽度和粗糙度;玻化砖烧成、冷却和磨削温度产生的石英晶型转变,以及粗加工产生的残余裂纹,是导致磨削工件破裂的重要原因。
Through the single-grain diamond grinding and grinding wheel polishing experiments, the microscopic morphology of the vitrified tile grinding surface was observed, and the formation mechanism and influencing factors of the grinding surface were analyzed. The grinding surface of porcelain vitrified tiles is formed by the plastic deformation and brittle fracture of mullite, glass phase and residual quartz; the crystal phase composition and processing technology of vitrified tiles influence the gloss and roughness of the processed surface; vitrified tiles Quartz crystal transformation due to firing, cooling, and grinding temperatures, and residual cracking caused by rough machining are important causes of cracking in the workpiece.
