研究结果表明:随着养殖的结束,池塘水体和底泥中总异养菌数和反硝化细菌、氨化细菌、硫酸还原菌等特殊生理类群的数量均显著降低。从梭子蟹养殖环境及生物体内分离到115株细菌,经鉴定可归于9个属与肠杆菌科的部分属。通过监控养殖环境中异养细菌和弧菌的数量波动,可以预警梭子蟹病害的发生,及时采取有效的应急防治措施。
The results showed that with the end of culture, the total number of heterotrophic bacteria and the number of special physiological groups such as denitrifying bacteria, ammonifying bacteria and sulfate reducing bacteria in pond water and sediment decreased significantly. 115 strains of bacteria were isolated from the breeding environment and organisms of the shuttle crab, which were identified as belonging to some genera of 9 genera and Enterobacteriaceae. By monitoring the number of heterotrophic bacteria and vibrios in the aquaculture environment, it is possible to predict the occurrence of the disease and to take effective emergency prevention and treatment measures in time.
