用毛细管电泳-电化学检测法对外消旋苏式-2-氨基-1-对硝基苯基-1,3-丙二醇(氯霉素前体)进行了拆分研究.考察了影响检测及分离效果的实验参数,同时对其拆分机制进行了初步探讨.
Racemic 2-amino-1-p-nitrophenyl-1,3-propanediol (chloramphenicol precursor) was resolved by capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection. The experimental parameters that affect the detection and separation effects were investigated, and the mechanism of their resolution was also discussed.
