活动一:豆芽 活动目标:让幼儿了解豆芽的外形特征及生长过程,知道豆芽是蔬菜,有营养。 活动准备:黄豆芽、绿豆芽若干,黄豆、绿豆若干,豆芽生长图一幅,炒锅一个,油盐等调味品。 活动过程 1.洗豆芽。 黄豆芽和绿豆芽混在一起放在盆中,幼儿以小组为单位围坐在盆边洗豆芽,一边洗一边讲述豆芽的外形特征:白色的圆柱体,有一条根;有的有两瓣黄豆瓣(黄豆芽),有的有两片小绿叶
