10月29日,水利部农村水电管理标准化现场会暨试点示范项目验收会在吉林省长白朝鲜族自治县召开,经过来自全国各地9位专家认真细致的检查,长白双山一级水电站、三级水电站和抚松北江电站顺利通过了验收。1997年,吉林省出台了地方标准《水电站管理规范》(DB22/T133-1997),经过多年的执行完善,得到水利部的肯定,并在此规范基础上,经过重新整合改编,于2011年,发布实施了水利行业标准
