思想品德青年教师是决定该课程可持续发展的生力军。当前,虽然绝大多数教师能够胜任本职工作,但他们的专业化发展仍存在问题:政治素质过硬,但职业认同度不高;专业基本功扎实,但不能紧跟学科前沿;基本教学技能掌握较好,但总结反思与创新提升能力不足。这需要多方通力合作,才能促进该群体的专业化发展:青年教师主动锻造自我专业化发展的内功;学校努力创设促进青年教师专业化发展的支撑环境;社会积极创设有利于青年教师专业化发展的宏观环境。
