敦煌石室大宝胶囊对衰老大鼠脑组织MAO-B、Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性的影响

目的:通过敦煌石室大宝胶囊对衰老大鼠脑组织MAO B和Na+K+ATP酶活性的影响,探讨敦煌石室大宝胶囊延缓衰老的作用机理。方法:采用D-半乳糖颈后皮下注射的方法,造成亚急性衰老动物模型。将60只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、脑复康组、中药大宝(大、中、小)剂量组,分别对各组大鼠脑组织MAO B和Na+K+ATP酶活性进行检测。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠脑组织MAO B显著升高(P<0.01),Na+K+ATP酶活性显著下降(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,敦煌石室大宝胶囊可显著降低脑组织MAO B(P<0.01),显著升高Na+K+ATP酶活性(P<0.01)。结论:敦煌石室大宝胶囊具有调节脑细胞能量代谢和脑神经递质、保护脑细胞的功能。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Dunhuang Shishi Dabao Capsule on the activity of MAO B and Na+K+ ATPase in brain tissue of aging rats. METHODS: A subacute senile animal model was created by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose into the neck. 60 rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Naofukang group and Dabao (large, medium and small) Chinese medicine group. The activities of MAO B and Na+K+ ATPase in brain tissue of each group were respectively performed. Testing. RESULTS: Compared with the blank group, MAO B in the brain tissue of the model group was significantly increased (P <0.01), and Na + K + ATPase activity was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, Dunhuang Shishi Dabao Capsule can significantly reduce MAO B in brain tissue (P<0.01) and significantly increase Na+K+ ATPase activity (P<0.01). Conclusion: Dunhuang Shishi Dabao Capsule can regulate brain cell energy metabolism and brain neurotransmitters and protect brain cells.
