目的 :以低分子右旋糖酐为对照 ,观察降纤酶治疗急性缺血性脑血管病 (ICVD)的疗效及安全性。方法 :随机选择经头颅CT证实的急性ICVD 2 0 3例 ,分为 2组。降纤酶组 132例 ,给予降纤酶 10U ,溶于生理盐水2 5 0ml中静滴 ,qd× 3d ;对照组 71例 ,用低分子右旋糖酐 5 0 0ml静滴 ,qd× 10d。 结果 :降纤酶组和对照组总有效率分别为 89.3%与 6 3.4% (P <0 .0 1) ,降纤酶能显著降低纤维蛋白原 ,且无明显不良反应。结论 :降纤酶治疗急性ICVD疗效确切 ,明显优于低分子右旋糖酐。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of defibrase in the treatment of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD) with low molecular weight dextran. Methods: A total of 203 cases of acute ICVD confirmed by skull CT were randomly divided into 2 groups. Defibrase group of 132 patients, given defibrase 10U, dissolved in normal saline 250ml intravenous infusion, qd × 3d; control group of 71 cases, with low molecular weight dextran 500ml intravenous infusion, qd × 10d. Results: The total effective rates of defibrase group and control group were 89.3% and 63.4%, respectively (P <0.01). Defibrase could significantly reduce fibrinogen without obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Defibrase is effective in acute ICVD and is superior to low molecular weight dextran.
