公共英语课程是高职教育中的重要组成部分。但是目前的高职英语课堂教学内容与实际工作存在差距,培养的学生在很多方面与企业需求难以衔接。针对这些问题,建议高职公共英语应从课程设置,教学方法,教师培训和教学目标多方面进行改革,让公共英语课能够与企业需求衔接,培养出符合企业需要的高技能人才。
Public English courses are an important part of higher vocational education. However, there is a gap between the contents of the current English teaching of higher vocational education and the actual work, and the students trained in many aspects are difficult to connect with the needs of enterprises. In view of these problems, it is suggested that public English in higher vocational colleges should be reformed in many aspects such as curriculum setup, teaching methods, teacher training and teaching objectives so that public English classes can connect with the needs of enterprises and cultivate highly skilled personnel who meet the needs of enterprises.
