一、概述随着原子频标、频率合成器频标的发展和需要,无线电讯号的准确度和频率稳定度要求越来越高,用一般的测频方法或者倍增测频方法满足不了要求。为了实现高精度的频稳测量尤其是长期频率稳定度的测量、比对,常采用的方法是相位比较。相位比较方法已经广泛应用于甚低频校频和低频校频以及频标比对。
I. Overview With the development and needs of atomic frequency standard and frequency synthesizer frequency standard, the accuracy and frequency stability of radio signals are increasingly demanding. The general frequency measurement method or multiplication frequency measurement method can not meet the requirements. In order to achieve high-precision frequency stability measurement, especially long-term frequency stability measurement, comparison, often used method is phase comparison. Phase comparison methods have been widely used in very low frequency and low frequency frequency calibration and frequency comparison.
