利用数控渐进成形机床,对08钢板进行工具转动渐进成形,通过实验研究不同的工具转速和进给速度对08钢板的温升影响规律。结果表明,工具转动渐进成形相对于传统渐进成形可以显著地提升板料的温度,板料的温度升高主要是由于工具转动和板料之间的摩擦产热引起的。在进给速度一定时,板料所能达到的最高温度值会随着转速的增加而增加,在转速较低时转速增高对温度升高的影响比较大,在转速增大后转速增高对温度升高的影响变低;在转速一定时,板料所能达到的最高温度值会随着进给速度的增加而减少。
The use of numerical control progressive forming machine tools, 08 steel rotating tooling progressive forming, experimental study of different tool speed and feed rate of 08 steel temperature effects. The results show that the tool rotating incremental forming can significantly improve the temperature of the sheet metal compared with the traditional progressive forming. The temperature increase of the sheet metal is mainly caused by the tool rotating and the frictional heat transfer between the sheets. When the feed speed is constant, the highest temperature value the sheet can reach will increase with the increase of the rotation speed. When the rotation speed is lower, the rotation speed will have greater influence on the temperature rise. When the rotation speed increases, the rotation speed will increase. The effect of rising becomes lower; at a certain speed, the maximum temperature value that the sheet can reach will decrease as the feed speed increases.
