“好课堂”一直是教学管理者所关注的,也是教师所争取的,更是学生所企盼的,那么教师怎样做才能构建一个好课堂呢?笔者只想从教学反思这方面谈谈自己的认识。《礼记·学记》中说:“学,然后知不足;教,然后知困。”“困”说的就是对教学的反思,这是教师专业成长不可缺少的途径,也是构成“好课堂”的重要保证。作为教师要最终保证“好课堂”的构建成功,就要在课前、课中和课后认真反思以达到进一步完善。
