教育界一直存在一个尴尬与难题,即高中生进入大学后不能自主展开学习,一时难以适应大学生活,也就是中学教育与大学教育有一定间隙,两者之间不能很好的衔接。严重影响了教育质量与学生素质的提高,进而导致人力资源整体水平的提升。针对大学教育与中学教育之间的脱节,本文力图从中学教育的现状、存在的问题及大学招生等方面展开论述,并试图在此基础上提出解决对策,力求为人力资本输出打下良好基础。
There is always an awkward and difficult problem in the education sector. After high school students enter the university, they can not start their own studies. For some time, it is hard to adapt to university life, that is, there is a certain gap between secondary education and college education, and the two can not be well connected. Seriously affected the quality of education and the improvement of the quality of students, which led to the overall level of human resources to enhance. Aiming at the disconnection between college education and secondary education, this paper attempts to discuss the status quo of middle school education, existing problems and college enrollment, and tries to put forward countermeasures based on it, so as to lay a good foundation for the output of human capital.
