感应加热是重要的热处理工艺之一。经感应加热处理后的零件表层可以得到更细密的组织,较高的硬度,更理想的应力分布。此外,感应加热具有节能、高效、无污染、低成本等优点。早在六十年前感应加热就问世了,时至今日,它仍是较先进的加热技术,应用越来越广泛。在我国,感应加热技术,在机械、冶金、兵工、轻工等工业部门应用较为普遍,在一些基础理论和某些新工艺等方面,已具有较高的水平。但是,应当看到,与国外发达国家相比,还有较大的差距。为使我国感应加热技术有较快的发展,应该采取切实措施,提高现有感应加热工件质量,逐步扩大应用范围,这就需要提高感应加热设备的配套水平,迅速开发新型设备。 1.采用先进感应加热工艺,提高某些产品质量和经济效益 (1)曲轴采用半圈中频旋转加热淬火,可获得理想的硬化层分布,实现圆角淬火,具有变形小,避免淬火裂纹,工效高等优点,应根据生产纲领采用半自动或自动淬火机床。
