目的研究消毒后消化内镜中分离出的铜绿假单胞菌对常用消毒剂的抗性。方法采用肉汤稀释法,测定了3种消毒剂对从消毒后消化内镜中分离的铜绿假单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度。结果经测定,常用戊二醛和万金医用器械消毒液对铜绿假单胞菌分离株和标准株之间的MIC、MBC值相差2倍。结论消毒后消化内镜中分离的铜绿假单胞菌对常用戊二醛和万金医用器械消毒液产生了一定的抗药性。
Objective To study the resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from digestive endoscopes after disinfection to commonly used disinfectants. Methods The broth dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations and minimum bactericidal concentrations of three disinfectants against Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from digestive endoscopes after disinfection. Results It was determined that the commonly used glutaraldehyde and million gold disinfection of medical devices between the Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates and standard strains of MIC, MBC value difference of 2 times. Conclusions Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from digestive endoscope after sterilizing produced certain drug resistance to commonly used glutaraldehyde and medical disinfectant.
