Germany Hills and South Korea LGChemcial companies are joining forces to set up a joint venture to move toward the top three in the world of silicone production and expect the joint venture to build the first large-scale silicone plant in the Asian continent. The two companies have signed a letter of intent to establish a joint venture in the global production and sale of silicone products with a 50% share of each. The company consists of new factories and Hills built in South Korea in Germany
