采用二阶导数光谱法测定复方地塞米松霜中氯霉素的含量，以３１０±１ｎｍ处为测定波长。该方法简便、快速，结果满意。平均回收率为１００．３９％，ＲＳＤ为３．４７％。
The content of chloramphenicol in compound dexamethasone cream was determined by the second derivative spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 310 ± 1nm. The method is simple, rapid and satisfactory. The average recovery was 100.39% with a RSD of 3.47%.
