目的探讨改良器械图谱在专科手术器械包装中的运用效果。方法将各类专科手术器械用数码照相机拍摄成图谱并配以文字说明;用数码摄像机(DV)记录专科手术器械的装卸过程并配以语音解说。结果运用改良后器械图谱进行专科器械包装,器械包装合格率99.9%,器械由于拆卸不当损坏率0.03%,手术医生对消毒供应中心工作的满意度提高到97%,工作人员上岗前平均培训周期较前缩短45%,上述指标均较改良前明显改观,结论运用改良后的器械图谱可有效提高专科手术器械的包装合格率,提高满意度,有利于专科的培训及带教。
Objective To explore the application of improved instrumentation in specialty surgical instruments. Methods All kinds of specialist surgical instruments were digitized with a digital camera and accompanied by a text description. A digital video camera (DV) was used to record the loading and unloading of specialist surgical instruments and to accompany the explanation of the speech. Results The improved instruments were used to package the specialist equipment. The rate of passing the equipment was 99.9%. The rate of equipment damage due to improper disassembly was 0.03%. The satisfaction of the surgeon to the disinfection center was increased to 97%.
