对于铜合金常规轴瓦的砂型铸造,与立浇工艺相比,卧置侧冒口浇注工艺具有明显的优越性,不仅能解决冒口切割的难题,还简化了造型过程,提高了生产效率。根据多年经验及计算机凝固模拟技术,找出冒口形状参数与铸件形状参数的关系,从而建立了冒口便捷设计方法,摆脱了对工艺人员经验的依赖和对凝固模拟技术的掌握。对常形轴瓦类铸件,该方法既能保证充分补缩,又能获得较高的工艺出品率。对于异形瓦类铸件,其冒口的计算与核算可在常规轴瓦的基础上稍加修正即可,对于其他形状的斗帽类铸件,该方法也有指导意义。
Compared with vertical casting process, casting side riser pouring process has obvious advantages for sand casting of copper alloy conventional bearing bush, which not only can solve the problem of riser cutting, but also simplifies the molding process and improves the production efficiency. Based on many years of experience and computer simulation of solidification technology, the relationship between riser shape parameters and shape parameters of castings was found out. Thus, a quick riser design method was established, getting rid of the dependence on craft personnel experience and mastering the solidification simulation technology. For the normal bearing castings, this method can not only ensure adequate filling, but also to obtain a higher yield of technology. For shaped tile castings, the calculation and calculation of riser can be slightly modified on the basis of conventional bushings, and it is also instructive for other shapes of cap castings.
