目的探讨短切口重睑成形术的适应证及特点。方法术前上睑皮肤三点定位,分别设计并切开形成三个3mm皮肤小切口,用眼科有齿镊夹出上睑板前轮匝肌并剪去,将皮肤切口皮下组织与睑板前筋膜缝合固定。结果本组受术者共80例,经1～8个月随访,术后1～4周消肿,重睑形态自然,切口瘢痕轻微。结论三点小切口切开法重睑成形术操作简单,术后反应轻,重睑自然、持久、美观。
Objective To investigate the indications and characteristics of short-cut double eyelidoplasty. Methods Preoperative upper eyelid skin three point positioning, respectively, to design and cut open three small 3mm skin incision, the eye with tweezers out of the front tarsal muscle and cut off the upper tarsal plate, the skin incision subcutaneous tissue and tarsal tendon Film suture fixation. Results A total of 80 patients in this group, after 1 to 8 months follow-up, 1 to 4 weeks after the swelling, double eyelid morphology, incision scar slightly. Conclusion Three-point incision incision double eyelid plasty is simple, postoperative reaction is light, double eyelid natural, lasting, beautiful.
