为了更好地提高高校足球选项课的教学质量,我们在足球技术课教学中开展了目标设置教学的实验研究,结果发现,目标设置教学法有利于提高学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性,有利于培养学生学习兴趣和自我锻炼能力,有利于提高教学质量。
In order to improve the teaching quality of college football elective courses better, we carry out experimental research on teaching goal setting in the teaching of football technology. The results show that the goal setting teaching method is helpful to improve the students’ learning enthusiasm, initiative and creativity.
