本文研究了含有泥质脉石的輝钼矿浮选时应考虑到的一些問題,并且在所获得結果的基础上,在島根县大东矿检驗了这个浮选操作法。辉钼矿粗选时,如选用具有适宜的SiO_2与Na_2O比的硅酸鈉,并且用量适当,则可职获得高品位精矿和高的回收率。硅酸鈉的SiO_2:Na_2O比为2时,对脉石矿物具有最有效的抑制作用。硅酸鈉添加后的攪拌时間为10—20分钟时,精矿中SiO_2的含量最低。当矿浆中含有大量原生矿泥时,用氢氧化鈉来代替石灰調整PH值是有利的。相反,石灰对于不含原生矿泥的辉钼矿則是有效的。虽然,通常用油类捕牧剂作为輝钼矿的捕收剂,但为了要得到理想的浮选結果,其添加量应当十分大。有时能夠借黄药与油类捕收剂混合使用而获得高的輝钼矿回收率,但是应当注意黄药的用量不过度,仅仅使用黄药不能期望得到好的浮选結果。在大东矿由于調整了浮选方法,使浮选結果得到了改善。细泥部分用单独的浮选回鉻处理,井将其泡沬返回主要回路。用氢氧化鈉調整矿浆PH值,这样就毫无困难地从含MoS_2为1.06—1.13%的浮选给矿中得到了含MoS_286.3—87%的輝钼矿精矿,回收率为95—97.9%。
In this paper, some problems that should be considered in the flotation of molybdenite containing muddy gangue are investigated. Based on the obtained results, the flotation method was tested in Dadong Mine, Shimane Prefecture. In the rough selection of molybdenum ore, sodium silicate with suitable SiO 2 to Na 2 O ratio can be selected, and high-grade concentrates and high recoveries can be obtained. When sodium silicate has a SiO 2: Na 2 O ratio of 2, it has the most effective inhibitory effect on gangue minerals. After adding sodium silicate mixing time is 10-20 minutes, the content of SiO2 in the concentrate is the lowest. When the slurry contains a large amount of primary sludge, the use of sodium hydroxide instead of lime to adjust the PH value is beneficial. In contrast, lime is effective for molybdenite that does not contain native sludge. Although oil-based pasting agents are commonly used as collectors for molybdenite, they should be added in very large amounts in order to achieve the desired flotation result. Sometimes it is possible to obtain high molybdenite recovery by mixing xanthate with oil collector, but it should be noted that the amount of xanthate used is not excessive, and good flotation results can not be expected with xanthate alone. In Dadong Mine, the flotation result has been improved due to the adjustment of the flotation method. The fine mud fraction is treated with a separate flotation back to chrome and the bubble is returned to the main circuit. The pH value of the slurry was adjusted with sodium hydroxide so that the molybdenite concentrate containing MoS_286.3-87% was obtained from the flotation feed containing 1.06-1.13% MoS_2 with a recovery of 95% 97.9%.
