对武钢炼钢总厂二分厂转炉制冷站无线远程监控系统进行攻关,选用GE MDS entraNET2400设备建立无线通讯,通过计算系统衰弱储备值,论证了设计系统的可靠性。基于GE QuickPanel ViewControl触摸屏与Proficy Machine Edition编程软件实现HMI远程监控程序。攻关后,实现了对转炉制冷站机组的远程操作及监控。
The WRC Iron and Steel Plant 2 branch converter cooling station wireless remote monitoring system to tackle the problem, the choice of GE MDS entraNET2400 equipment to establish wireless communications, by calculating the system’s weakened reserve value, demonstrate the reliability of the design system. HMI remote monitoring program based on GE QuickPanel ViewControl touch screen and Proficy Machine Edition programming software. After tackling the problem, it realized the remote operation and monitoring of the converter refrigeration station unit.
