曲靖金都佳园1栋塔楼建筑高度为218m,是集商业和公寓式酒店为一体的综合楼,采用带加强层的框架-核心筒结构体系。介绍了该工程结构选型、抗震性能设计目标以及主要分析结果。采用ANSYS软件进行特征值屈曲分析以确定型钢柱的计算长度系数,并按此计算长度系数进行型钢柱承载力分析。采用MIDAS/Gen软件进行施工阶段模拟分析和罕遇地震静力弹塑性分析,计算结果表明,考虑混凝土收缩徐变及实际施工顺序的影响比不考虑时构件的内力大,弹塑性层间位移角满足要求。该工程结构安全可靠,满足抗震性能设计目标。
Qujing Jindu Garden a tower building height of 218m, is set commercial and apartment hotel as one of the integrated building, using a reinforced layer of the framework - the core tube structure system. The engineering structure selection, seismic performance design goals and main analysis results are introduced. ANSYS software was used to carry out eigenvalue buckling analysis to determine the calculated length coefficient of steel columns, and then calculate the length coefficient to analyze the bearing capacity of steel columns. The simulation analysis of the construction stage and the analysis of the static elasto-plasticity of rare earthquakes using the MIDAS / Gen software show that the influence of the concrete shrinkage and creep and the actual construction sequence is larger than that of the non-considered component, fulfil requirements. The project structure is safe and reliable, to meet the seismic design goals.
