本文研究37Mn31Al3Cr2MoVWNbB热强钢在长期时效过程中热强性能和组织结构的稳定性。在650℃长期时效后,热强性能很少下降。一次NbC的存在促使基体分解及X相的析出长大。后者使钢变脆,但对热强性能无明显影响。
In this paper, the thermal properties and microstructure stability of 37Mn31Al3Cr2MoVWNbB hot-rolled steel during long-term aging were studied. After aging at 650 ° C for a long time, the thermo-strength properties rarely decrease. The existence of a NbC prompts the decomposition of matrix and the precipitation of X phase. The latter makes the steel brittle but has no significant effect on the hot strength properties.
