兹将我这次到抚州检查春耕生产工作情形报告如下:我到了抚州后,四月三十日晚上,即在地委召集的地专级干部会上传达了省委这次指示,在会议中,经过了讨论,并由地专级抽出干部连我带来的检查组同志分派各县去传达和检查,我到了南城,随我来的其它检查组同志,则分随地专同志至崇仁、宜黄、临川等县去检查。我在南城一星期,参加了县委召集的扩大会,到了六区的硝石和二区的前乡,在六区干部扩大会上(乡斡均参加)作了传达,在该县进行了比较详细的考察。从这次检查和各地所会报的材料来看,我认为在目前生产中有下列几个问题必须要立即解决:

At the meeting , After discussion, and by the prefectural-level cadres with the inspection team sent me to dispatch counties to send and check the county, I went to the South City, with the inspection team to come to my comrades, the local comrades to Chongren, should Huang, Linchuan counties to check. In a week in Nancheng, I attended the enlarged meeting convened by the county party committee, reached the saltpeter in six districts and my predecessor in the second district, and communicated at the meeting of the cadres of the six districts (all participating in the township government). In the county, I conducted a more detailed Study. From this inspection and the materials reported in various places, I think the following problems must be solved immediately in current production:
