对9例舌鳞状上皮癌患者使用60~200mg博莱霉素(BLM),其手术标本作切片观察,以了解BLM的抗癌效果,并和7例放射治疗(1200~5320拉德)后的舌癌患者作了比较。BLM对角化明显的舌癌不论表层或浸润部,都首先发生增殖带癌细胞的空泡变性。表层脱落消失后出现分化鳞状上皮样岛(层)。而浸润部相当于角化层、透明层的分化细胞呈环状排列,形成癌珠,中央部发生玻璃样变性的异物化,形成含有异物巨细胞的肉芽灶进行修复。缺乏角化的未分化型出现增殖癌细胞的减少及残存癌细胞的空泡
9 to 60 cases of lingual squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue were treated with 60 to 200 mg of bleomycin (BLM). The surgical specimens were sectioned for observing the anticancer effect of BLM and after 7 cases of radiation therapy (1200-5320 rad). The tongue cancer patients were compared. In BLM-differentiated tongue cancer, the vacuolar degeneration of cancer cells in the proliferative zone occurs first in the surface layer or in the infiltrating area. Disappearance of the surface layer disappears after differentiation of squamous epithelioid islands (layers). The differentiated cells in the infiltrating section that correspond to the keratolytic layer and the transparent layer are arranged in a ring shape to form cancer beads, and the central part undergoes degeneration of glass-like degeneration, and a granulation foci containing foreign body giant cells are formed for repair. The lack of keratinized undifferentiated type shows the reduction of proliferating cancer cells and the vacuolization of residual cancer cells
