本文采用白色桑蚕丝素与龙胆酸进行交联反应,得到黄褐色桑蚕丝素,其电子光谱与黄褐色的柞蚕茧丝谱图相同。进一步证实了柞蚕丝黄色生色物质为龙胆酸与丝蛋白的交联物这个结论是正确的。
In this paper, white silkworm silk fibroin and gentisic acid for cross-linking reaction, to get yellow brown silk fibroin, the electronic spectrum and brown tussah silkworm cocoon spectrum the same. It is further confirmed that the yellow color of tussah silk is a cross-linked product of gentisic acid and silk protein. This conclusion is correct.
