毛滩电站厂房围堰防渗墙成墙总面积为49 444 m2,主体工程工期100 d,具有工期紧、高强度、地质条件复杂等特点。选用适当的施工工艺,对该项目的顺利完工具有关键性的作用。结合该项目的工程概况、地质条件及施工特点,介绍在此条件下建造防渗墙的施工方法、采取的技术措施以及出现问题的解决方法。证实了采用“三钻两抓法”和“接头管法”施工工艺的合理性,有效地解决了砂卵石底层完成高强度施工的难题,为今后类似的施工提供借鉴。
The total wall area of the cofferdam impervious wall of Moutan Power Station is 49 444 m2, and the main project duration is 100 d. It has the characteristics of tight construction period, high strength and complicated geological conditions. The selection of appropriate construction technology has a crucial effect on the successful completion of the project. Combined with the project overview, geological conditions and construction characteristics of the project, the construction methods, technical measures and solutions to the problems of constructing cutoff walls under this condition are introduced. Confirmed the use of “three drill two scratch ” and “joint pipe ” construction process rationality, effectively solved the bottom of the gravel to complete high-intensity construction of the problem for the future to provide reference for similar construction.
