军队预算外经费是军队的辅助财力,对于弥补军费不足、促进部队各项事业和建设的发展起到了一定的积极作用。但是随着预算外经费规模和数目的扩大,预算外经费的管理也暴露出越来越多的问题。因此,对军费预算外经费的管理要引起高度的重视,要制定出完善的管理制度和方法。
