研制了非分光红外线氟化氢流线分析仪。仪器以卤钨灯为光源,用中心波长2.45微米及2.20微米的干涉滤光片分别选出测量波长和参比波长的光,以硫化铅为检测器。在5~80及10~200毫米汞柱氟化氢分压范围内,硫化铅的输出与氟化氢分压有良好的线性关系。仪器运转38小时,测量10~200毫米汞柱氟化氢,得到的精密度为≤±2.4%。氟化氢的最小检出量为0.5毫米汞柱。测量含氟化氩4.4~10.3%的氮—氟化氢气流中的氟化氢,得到满意的结果。在现场分析了氟气中氟化氩的含量,结果与气体色谱法一致。
Developed a non-spectroscopic infrared hydrogen fluoride streamline analyzer. Instrument to a halogen lamp as a light source, with a center wavelength of 2.45 microns and 2.20 micron interference filter were selected measurement wavelength and reference wavelength of light, lead sulfide detector. Within the partial pressure range of hydrogen fluoride of 5 to 80 and 10 to 200 mmHg, the output of lead sulfide has a good linear relationship with the partial pressure of hydrogen fluoride. The instrument operated for 38 hours and measured hydrogen fluoride at 10-200 mmHg, yielding a precision of ≤ ± 2.4%. The minimum detectable amount of hydrogen fluoride is 0.5 mmHg. Hydrogen fluoride in a nitrogen-hydrogen fluoride gas stream containing 4.4 to 10.3% hydrogen fluoride was measured to obtain satisfactory results. The content of argon fluoride in the fluorine gas was analyzed on site, and the result was consistent with the gas chromatography.
