内部控制是企业实现管理现代化的科学方法,已成为企业提高管理效能必不可少的先进技术;它既是防止会计信息失真和遏制企业内部舞弊的可靠手段,又是企业实现可持续发展最有效的保障机制。宁波民营企业发展迅速,在促进社会主义市场经济中起了重要的作用。然而企业在成长过程中,却存在很大的管理隐患,已严重影响了企业的健康发展。本文主要在分析宁波民营企业内部控制现状的基础上,找出问题产生的原因并给出相应的对策。
Internal control is the scientific method to modernize the management of an enterprise and has become an indispensable advanced technology for the enterprise to improve its management efficiency. It is not only a reliable measure to prevent the distortion of accounting information and to curb internal fraud, but also the most effective guarantee for the enterprise to achieve sustainable development mechanism. The rapid development of private-owned enterprises in Ningbo plays an important role in promoting the socialist market economy. However, the growth of enterprises in the process, but there is a big management problems, has seriously affected the healthy development of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the status quo of internal control of private enterprises in Ningbo, this paper finds out the causes of the problems and gives the corresponding countermeasures.
