本文从柔性制造系统(FMS)故障诊断的特点入手,提出了一种基于规则的FMS故障诊断专家系统的功能及体系结构,建立了FMS故障模型。着重讨论了系统诊断知识的组织、动态知识库的建立以及基于置信因子的不精确推理机制。
This paper starts with the characteristics of fault diagnosis of flexible manufacturing system (FMS), puts forward the function and architecture of a fault diagnosis expert system based on rules, and establishes the FMS fault model. It focuses on the organization of system diagnosis knowledge, the establishment of dynamic knowledge base and inaccurate reasoning mechanism based on confidence factors.
