以探索高校学术期刊集约化管理为切入口,着重剖析了出版业转型期,学术期刊所面临的困境和存在的问题。通过对上海大学期刊社十多年来的集约化管理创新实践进行梳理,总结了该社在资源整合、制度建设、人才培养、数字化发展等方面所取得的成效和收获的经验。对高校学术期刊突破传统体制下“小、散、弱”瓶颈,推进集群化建设进程,提高集约化管理成效,提供一定的借鉴与启示。
With the exploration of the intensive management of academic journals in colleges and universities, this paper emphatically analyzes the predicaments and problems existing in the period of publishing industry transformation and academic journals. Through reviewing the intensive management innovation practice of Shanghai Journals for more than ten years, this paper summarizes the experience and achievements of the agency in terms of resources integration, system construction, personnel training and digital development. The academic journals in colleges and universities can provide some reference and inspiration for breaking through the bottleneck of “small, scattered and weak” under the traditional system, promoting the process of cluster construction and improving the effectiveness of intensive management.
