目的探讨青少年AngleⅠ类错患者固定正畸治疗后牙根吸收情况的临床分析。方法自2008年1月至2011年5月期间收治的87例AngleⅠ类错患者,年龄均在11岁至18岁之间,随机分为牙根发育完成组40例和牙根发育未完成组47例,两组均采用滑动直丝弓矫治技术。矫治前后对两组患者均拍全口曲面断层片,对比评估两组患者治疗前后牙根吸收情况,探讨牙根吸收与性别、牙根发育情况、拔牙与否是否有关系。结果拔牙组牙根吸收重于非拔牙组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。牙根发育完成组在矫治完成后牙根吸收加重,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。牙根发育未完成组在矫治前后牙根吸收不明显,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性组与女性组牙根吸收差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙根发育完成与否和拔牙与否都是影响AngleⅠ错患者固定正畸治疗后牙根吸收的因素之一,与性别无关。
Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of root resorption after orthodontic treatment in Angle Ⅰ malocclusion in adolescents. Methods From January 2008 to May 2011, 87 patients with Angle Ⅰ malocclusion were aged from 11 to 18 years old. They were randomly divided into 40 cases of complete root development and 47 cases of incomplete root development , Two groups are using sliding straight wire appliance technology. Before and after the correction of the two groups of patients were taken full-surface curved slice, compared the two groups before and after treatment to assess the root resorption before and after treatment to explore the root resorption and gender, root development, tooth extraction or not whether the relationship. Results The root resorption in the tooth extraction group was heavier than that in the non-extraction group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The root resorption group had more root resorption after correction, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in root resorption between the untreated group and the untreated group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in root resorption between male group and female group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Whether tooth root development is completed or not and tooth extraction are all one of the factors affecting root resorption after fixation orthodontic treatment in Angle Ⅰ malformation, which has nothing to do with gender.
