驰名商标不同于一般商标,它是企业在其发展过程中经过不断努力,创立并精心维持的一个企业品牌,是企业的一种无形资产。它在消费者心中具有广泛的认知度,易引起强烈的认同感,因而具有极大的商业价值。因此,保护驰名商标,打击驰名商标侵权行为是我国当前经济社会生活中的一件重要而急迫的任务。本文粗浅地对此进行了解析,并提出了一点自己的看法,意在抛砖引玉,引起广大专家学者的注意并希望能对此展开进一步的探讨和挖掘。
Well-known trademark is different from the general trademark, it is the enterprise in its development process through continuous efforts, created and carefully maintained an enterprise brand is an intangible assets of enterprises. It has a wide range of consumer awareness, easily lead to a strong sense of identity, which has great commercial value. Therefore, protecting well-known trademarks and cracking down on trademark infringement is an important and urgent task in our current economic and social life. This article has superficially analyzed this, and put forward a bit of my own opinion, which is intended to attract people’s attention and draw the attention of the vast number of experts and scholars and hopes to carry out further exploration and excavation.
