心脑卒中(cardiocerebral apoplexy)是指以脑卒中样症状发病的心肌梗塞。该病由Kjaergaard于1936年首次报告,1952年冲中等提倡心脑卒中这一概念,心脑卒中约占心肌梗塞的10%(3.6~12.4)。本文从临床病理角度分析了东京都老人医疗中心1972年至1986年4167例尸检30例中的心脑卒中的临床表现、基础疾病、合并症及病理改变。心脑卒中30例中男、女各半,平均年龄80.3岁;脑部病变的性质是栓塞型17例(56%)、血栓型9例(30%)、出血型2例(7%),肉跟无明显病变者
Cardiacocerebral apoplexy is a type of myocardial infarction that develops as a stroke-like symptom. The disease was first reported by Kjaergaard in 1936. The concept of stroke was advocated in 1952 at the heart of stroke, and stroke accounted for about 10% (3.6-12.4) of myocardial infarctions. This paper analyzed the clinical manifestations, underlying diseases, comorbidities and pathological changes of cardiac stroke in 4167 autopsy cases from 1972 to 1986 in the Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Center for the Elderly. Cardiac stroke in 30 cases of male and female half, with an average age of 80.3 years; the nature of brain lesions embolism in 17 cases (56%), thrombosis in 9 cases (30%), bleeding in 2 cases (7% Meat with no obvious disease
